Spacious front and rear porches are on each level of the Sea Haven accompanied by charming porch swings and outdoor seating areas - allowing you to take in the stunning sound, bay, and ocean views from all locations.

In the corner of the lawn, the enchanting pavilion beckons, offering a picturesque setting for your vows or cherished family portraits.

One the biggest draws to our venue? The luxurious sleeping accommodations that welcome up to 28 people! Not only does our venue make a perfect wedding backdrop, but your guests are welcome to stick around for some nice R & R on the beautiful North Carolina coast, creating unforgettable memories that last well beyond your special day!

Come time for the after party, you and your guests can unwind with a nice dip in Sea Haven Estate's private pool located in the rear of the property, overlooking the sound and Everett Bay.

Rain or shine, Sea Haven's fist floor indoor event space ensures your celebration remains flawless. This immense indoor area offers a large, open layout that creates a versatile space for your event. Finished with floor-to-ceiling white painted shiplap walls and stunning herringbone wood flooring, this area curates a distinctive space. This indoor area also features a custom white-painted wooden bar that can be moved to various locations in the venue.

Stroll right across the street to the Sea Haven's direct beach access ideal for ceremonies, photos, and spending the day on the miles of North Topsail's pristine sandy shores.

The Sea Haven's jacuzzi is located on the second level's rear porch. Plan to unwind in the bubbling hot tub under the starlit sky.

Along with the onsite bedrooms and guest suites, the Sea Haven Estate offers all the luxury accomodations of a beach home, including 11.5 bathrooms, a stunning kitchen, spacious living areas, private spaces, and all the essentials you need to be comfortable your entire getaway.

The Sea Haven Estate and the two additional homes on the property offer up to 28 on-site guest suites and 50 on-site parking spaces. There are also additional beach home rentals conveniently located just minutes from the Sea Haven Estate and a public lot for additional parking just south of the Sea Haven Estate. All accommodation details can be can be found below under the "Accommodations" section on the "Our Process" page.
